Low
Self Confidence can arise for a number of reasons.
People with low self confidence tend to blame
themselves for things that aren’t their
fault, undervalue their abilities and expect
the worst to happen.
True Self Confidence isn’t about knowing
that things will go well, it is about managing
the uncertainty of not knowing how things will
turn out.
If we know we can do something well, then
confidence isn’t an issue. It's only if
we’re unsure of the outcome, that it becomes
an issue, yet we cannot know what the outcome
will be. Truly confident people feel comfortable
with that uncertainty. |
